    How to buy in www.automan.co website?  

    you can see the simple instructions as follows:


    (1): Go to www.automan.co
    (2): Enter into the selected items. there you will see 2 kinds of payment channels " " and "continue "

     

    (3): For quick payment, you can choose " continue " Channel with the right quantities (different quantities comes with different disccount price) and countries. the system will automatically show the total including shipping cost of DHL and handling charge of paypal like photo below



     

    If you confirm,please go to paypal offical website www.paypal.com for payment. also leave shipping information like name, address and phone number, then write the remark about which products you have orderred in Paypal receipt. We will ship out the products for you as soon as possible and send tracking number of DHL to your paypal E-mail address.


    (4): You can also go to the other payment channel "" Page and choose the right quantities (different quantities comes with different disccount price). You can see the products in your cart.
     
    (5): If you'd like to order more than one pcs, you can write number like "2,3......" and so on in item "Qty", then click on "update". the item "Qty" will become "2,3....." If you'd not like to order the products you have added to cart, you can click  "" button to delete it from order list like below photo

    (6): By clicking "checkout", you will see the page "check out with registered member" and " check out with  unregistered member" like below photo

     

    please choose the right member channel. if you are Registerred Member, please choose "Check out for Registerred Member". in the new page, you can login by writting User name and password like below photo. the related membership disccount price will show out. the system will automatically continue with new member disccount price.


     

     
    (7): Please write down the correct shipping address, phone number and name and choose shipping company,payment methods you prefer like below photo.

    (8): You will see the total including shipping cost of DHL on the below new page.
     
     
     
    If you choose paypal, you can finish payment by clicking there on Button  "" ,There will be total with shipping cost of DHL and handling charge of paypal included on the upper right corner of paypal offical page like below photo

     

    (9). If you pay by Bank transfer or moneygram or Western Union account showed on the related page, you don't need to add any handling charge. you can go to the post office or local bank for payment directly with the total amount listed on the page. Kindly attach the payment receipt to our E-mail: automan88@live.cn for confirmation.

     (10). we will arrange the order as soon as possible with left name, address and telephone and inform you of the tracking number of DHL by left E-mail address.

     (11). we currently have following preferential policies for our regular customers:

    You can apply for Bronze Member if you have already ordered over 1,000USD.
    You can apply for Silver Member if you have already ordered over 5,000USD.
    You can apply for Gold Member if you have already ordered over 20,000USD.

     

    when you reach amount of USD1000, USD5,000 and USD20,000,you can contact our salesperson by E-mail and upgrade to different kinds of member for different kinds of disccount price. we have also made notes of the total amount for all your order before.


    2.What shipping methodis the shipping method?
    We can deliver the goods of small weight or volume to you by DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, or EMS, but now we only use DHL and UPS(express mail servive), because they are good for clearance.  And for goods of big quantity or volume we can ship it By Air or Ocean Container. However the transportation way finally depends on client's choice.


    3.How much is the shipping cost?
    The shipping cost mainly depends on the quantity, weight, carton size of the goods ordered, and also your area & shipping method. We will calculate and let you know the exact shipping cost for your order under the shipping method you appointed before you confirm your order.

    4.What is the warranty for your products?

    All of our products come with a warranty time of 12 months. We will replace the defected goods (Except man-made factor) free of charge for our clients within one month. And within the warranty time we can repair the defected products free of charge for our clients.
